Tina Fairweather

My name is Tina Fairweather and I am privileged to serve as principal of Xavier Elementary- Marquette Street Campus. I am fortunate to be part of the Xavier community and join in developing our students to become lifelong learners and followers of Christ.

In 2022, I earned a Masters in Educational Administration from Concordia University. Additionally, I have a Bachelor's degree from UW Stevens Point in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Child and Family Studies, and a Bachelors in Elementary Education through UW Superior. I have worked in education for over 20 years as a teacher, technology instructor and elementary school principal.

I am passionate about Catholic education and want all students to have the opportunity to know God and find joy in learning. I believe our school should be a place where students grow spiritually, socially, and academically, as they develop their God given talents.

I live in Neenah with my husband and two sons, who attend Catholic school. In our free time we are typically found on a court or field watching basketball, baseball, or tennis. We also enjoy spending time up north relaxing with family and friends. I am blessed to work in Catholic education and I look forward to building strong relationships with students and families at the Marquette Street Campus and throughout the Xavier system.
