System-wide and campus in-services provide additional opportunities for reflection, learning, and camaraderie and take place several times throughout the year.

A Safe Environment: Providing a safe environment for our students is a top priority. All employees and volunteers of Xavier are required to complete a background check and online training provided by the Diocese of Green Bay through VIRTUS Online. No action is required at the time of application, but offers for employment are contingent upon the completion of this program.
